Extended selection of files when running from ManifestMaker.exe to allow
file names with any characters acceptable by the operating system except
for line feed or carriage return characters. (rfe-3355190)

Fixed an error with the Manifest Filename field that prevented it from being
selectable in Windows using the ManifestMaker.exe file. (bug-3322863)

Fixed an error where relative file names would not be treated correctly in
many cases when using a barcode list (bug-3345444)
