1. Lipid Reporter v1.5
1.1 Added file write and read error handling to the Process Information panel.
1.2 Added icons to the filter info button dialog.

2. Revised Add Index Filter
By default now adds the index column as the last column.
Can optionally change this to first row via the filters setting (see filter info panel)

3. Added Index By RTMz filter
New filter.
Adds an index column for the rows sorted by Retention Time then Mass.

1. Major - Fixed compatibility with Windows 10 file privileges.

2. Added Open Results folder button.
This is only active once results have been generated.
It takes you to the folder that contains the input data (as this is where the output data is written to).

3. Added the ability to Browse files in as well as the existing Drag and Drop.
Once files are added you have to Double Click to get back to the File Browser.
Browsing always replaces the current file list.
If you want to add more than one file press and hold either Ctrl or Shift when selecting.
Drag and Drop always adds files.
If you want to delete a file then click to select and press Delete.

4. The In Use filter list is now saved correctly (see 1.)
Same for both the Retention Time editor files and the Fragment filter files.

5. On app start the folder \My Documents\Lipid Reporter is created.
This is required for correct behaviour.

6. The app windows size is now stored.

7. A % Max Abundance filter has been added specifically for QIP csv data.
This adds columns containing the % Max Abundance and two other derived columns (see the filter info panel).

8. Fixed bug relating to progress bar persisting on screen when the input files are not compatible with the File Reader.
