I seem to be out of luck with this quota-tools release. This time all the
files were properly included in the released tarball but the generated
Makefile has contained some manpages two times due to an odd way how automake
expands variables which upset manpage installation. Now these issues should
be fixed so hopefully the resulting tarball is finally usable.
