Updated to libpng-1.5.6rc03 codebase
Added update png_ptr->info_rowbytes in png_read_reinit().
In the original version of libpng, added some extra checking in pngrutil.c.
This check fails when loading APNG, as soon as one frame is smaller than
the full frame, which means almost all APNGs would fail to load.
Discovered by Max Stepin. Affected versions, v1.5.3beta08 and later.

BUGS: The symbol list is needed in scripts/symbols.def for Win32
