good replacement for Paint.NET, but missing the feature of adding great plug-ins as in Paint.NET.

So ease of use features was not carried over from the older version. EXAMPLES: there use to the ability to select a part of an image and flip it either horizontally or vertically. This now only flips the entire image. there also was the ability to draw shapes like triangles that were outlined and opaque in the center. line thickness and color were selectable. Flood fill doesn't even seem to work anymore.
