L3-3 Test Card Generator Reviews

Tested the program today (last version) but there was the need to create a subdir "platform" first to get it started. I'm struggeling with understanding of use of the cathode capacitor, which seems to be activated at any configuration. And I'm still trying to print a card...

I started to play with the program. I really miss changing the language, or at least a posibility to edit printed text on the card itself. Plus i would love to be able to add a picture with tube pinout directly in the program. Plus i really miss adding some lines to be able to mark critical points (like Ub, Anode, Filament etc) It would be also nice to add a descriptions of each dot, this can be done automatically i think.

Have an issue with making card for 6AQ5, problem is with G1 voltage, Can set voltage to Gi (either or both pins 1/7) confirmed by external meter to 12.5V. On checking/setting using (parameter contol to -G1 volts) to use internal meter, press 'measure' and voltage at tube drops to -5.6V read on external meter, internal meter does not a read voltage. Tube red-plates of course, its a good tube....

I have found a minor bug: When "04: Octal" is selected in socket selection drop-down box, "Octal (Nr. 7)" is still presented on printing. This is an incorrectness in file l33konverter_en.qm Bite 2A54 value in this file should be changed from 7 to 4. Also I want to thank author for so useful tool. I really makes my hobby easier.
