Features
- Transistioned XML usage to UTF-8 encoding to define standard for special characters in data
- Added URL redirecting when relogging in after session ends.
- Added KORA namespace to the model classes

Bug Fixes
- Added authentication requirement to plugin settings page
- Fixed an issue where adding/removing values from list/multi-list control did not update the default values list
- Fixed layout of response message from importing a scheme through xml
- ReCAPTCHA keys can now be entered in the install process
