Bug Fixes
-Allowed the use of apostrophes in control descriptions
-Fixed an issue with ingestion form layout where long control names would overlap with input fields
-Fixed an issue with the RESTful API not allowing cross domain calls
-Fixed an issue with validation and ingestion with multi-text control

New Features:
-Added htaccess variables to the example for handling large files
-Added alerts to some control options to prevent accidental deletion of list items
