===== Launcher and GrblCtrl ======

This transfers your E-Reader into a Display and Control-Panel for your Grbl-based CNC mill. All you need to do is connecting it either directly via TTL serial port or via Bluetooth (HC-05 Modules on each side, Master @ Arduino, Slave @ Kobo ).

Update procedure:

switch your Kobo on
connect USB cable
copy

KoboRoot.tgz

into the .kobo Subdirectory on the Kobo USB-storage
safely "remove USB Hardware" on your PC
unplug the USB cable
reboot the Kobo, During installation the Led will flash alternating red and green.
