1 - License

OpenJUMP is distributed under the GPL license. 

2 - Installation 
**************** 
Extract the distributrion zip file. It contains the application folder. 
To start OpenJUMP run the launcher for your platform from the <appfolder>/bin 
directory. 

3 - New features and improvements
**************** 
- Added a Geometry Conversion tool (callable from context menu or main menu)
- Added new options to the BlendLineStrings tool
- Better internationalization
- Clean View menu : Move "Run SQL Query..." and "Add Image (Test, ECW...)"
    from Layer Menu to File menu.
- Added Readme file in the InfoPanel
- Bug fixes (see Changes.txt for a complete description)

This release comes in 3 flavours plus the source bundle: 
- openjump-bin-1.4.2.zip : multi-platform release 
- openjump-windows-setup-1.4.2.exe : windows installer 
- openjump-bin-1.4.2-s.zip : same as the multi-platform release plus
  following extensions : aggregation, bsheditor4Jump, dxf-driver
  graphtoolbox, jumpprinter, pirolcsv, postgis132, sextante, topology
  txt-driver, vertexsymbols
