Improvements, changes, fixes:
- for all iterables undergoing template interpolation generate auto-tokens
$a,$b, etc (and$A,$B, etc) for all values (and for objects' respective labels) - for lexemes setting JSON in the namespace, e.g.:
<ns:..>vif parsing JSON value fails - try promoting it to JSON string first, and only if it fails too then throw an exception - made options
-z,-zznon-transient (i.e. to be used only in the final options set) - some code fixes for MacPorts compatibility
- fixed issue: interpolation of
$?token should work even w/o-x0(-x/-1) option
