Replaced cnipa.roots value with the generic ant token
@cnipa.roots@ inside "web/WEB-INF/conf/conf.properties"

The token is filtered and replaced at build time with the value
of the ant property "cnipa.roots.file"

NOTE: YOU HAVE TO BUILD AND SIGN YOURSELF THE SIGN APPLET
(PKCS11SignApplet) USING J4SIGN PROJECT ANT TARGETS.

Rimpiazzato il valore di "cnpa.roots" con il token ant generico 
@cnipa.roots@ in "web/WEB-INF/conf/conf.properties"

Il token viene sostituito al build con il valore impostato per
la proprietà ant "cnipa.roots.file"

N.B.: L'APPLET DI FIRMA (PKCS11SignApplet) VA COMPILATA
E FIRMATA AUTONOMAMENTE USANDO GLI ANT TARGET DEL PROGETTO J4SIGN.
