Click “Browse…” and pick a directory with images “*.jpg”.
Or enter the path of a directory with images “*.jpg” into the path field.

Click scan.

Duplicates will show up in the two pains.
The lower quality image will have a red boarder around it. If the images are of the same quality the boarder will be orange.
You can adjust the tolerances on the side. I found that RED:20, GREEN:20, BLUE:20, with 90% confidence filter works the best.
Try it out on a test set of images to get a feel for the tolerances.
