Version 1.0.1 Release Notes:

Moving average speed information is now calculated more accurately
Speed numbers now reported in bits per second for consistency with the SWFUpload API
Default button action now 'select files' instead of requiring it to be set explicitly
Fixed issue with missing "FormData" XMLHttpRequest logic in the initial release jar
