you can download linux(ubuntu,alpine,debian,alpine) and windows(10/11) provided you have enough ram and processing power as those will run in separate cgrup/container/jailed env.
Appimage and flatpak applications are compitable, number of available packages are increasing.
No update/upgrade fuss, you just download updated App you use even can have multiple version at the same time.
