Source tarball.

Fedora RPM.
  * Requires at least -common + one -gtkN. -debuginfo is optional.
  * Both -gtkN can be installed, managed by "alternatives" system.

Windows installer.
  * win32 works on 32- and 64-bit systems; this format is older/safer.
  * win64 is brand new, fair warning, though it has been OK in tests.
  * win64 mis-installs in "\Program Files (x86)"; fix this manually for now.
  * win32 runs on Linux using WINE, though not very pretty.

Ubuntu.
  * PPA from Unit 193 for 14.04LTS, 14.10, and 15.04 at:
    https://launchpad.net/~unit193/+archive/ubuntu/crosswire

Centos 7 RPM.
  * sword, biblesync, xiphos (x86_64 only).

Updates and improvements since 4.0.1:

This is an urgent bugfix-only release.  A serious memory management error
has been uncovered in the editor, making it virtually useless in many
cases.  This release corrects this error.
