1a) First ensure you have a recent copy of the GMP library, with C++ extensions, installed
1b) compile (if necesary) with the following command (or similar) using that GMP library:
g++ -m64 -I$HOME/gmp-5.0.1/include -o atkin159.gmp-5.0.1.intelOSX.64.static atkin159.cpp $HOME/gmp-5.0.1/lib/libgmpxx.a $HOME/gmp-5.0.1/lib/libgmp.a
2) If you don't need to compile for your platform, you may still need to chmod (after d/ling the executable):
chmod a+x atkin159.gmp-5.0.1.intelOSX.64.static
