I've been using FRIL to link public health data for a couple years now. The developer has always been very responsive. It is by far the most user friendly and configurable linkage software that I have ever used. The interface is state-of-the-art in terms of allowing the user to see how configuration choices affect the results. Oh, and it is really fast!
