Fixes issue [#43]
Adds kerning, thus the file size is bigger again
Build process switched to fontmake

Download fira-system-fonts-installer.zip for an easy-to-use installer that will install the font into the correct folder and set the correct permissions automatically. It is highly recommended that you shut down and turn off your computer once after installing the fonts.

The Display cuts of San Francisco are not replaced yet.
