Useless. The name implies that you can analyse FCS files. Where is the option to import FCS files? When i try, it only lets me open FCSanalyser files... In the readme and documentation, there is no mention that I can find of importing FCS files. Why? Why call your project FCS analyser and then not allow for easy import and use of FCS files. This would be like calling something "Life-saving surgery" and then when you go to the doctor, you find out that it is neither life-saving, nor even surgery. Please fix this ASAP and stop wasting people's time.

I used this software for data from a RF-500 cell analyzer of Sysmex, Japan. This software worked excellent especially for overlay of histogram plots, which lacked in the machine's software. Thank you for developing this free awesome software!!!

A very simple yet efficient tool for flow cytometry data analysis. Basic features for now but more than enough for almost all needs.

This software is what everyone need (of course who work with flow cytometry). I hope it exit from the alpha phase soon.

Thank you for your application. Hope to see the upgrade version soon, which support FCS 3.0 format and histogram overlay. BTW： The gate dropdown works unproperly in this version.
