Country designer for Paradox Interactive's game Europa Universalis IV. Allows reselection of localization, government, religion, technology group, mercantilism, and most importantly, national ideas.
Features
- NOT Ironman compatible.
- Python source should run on all platforms. (Requires Python 3, pyqt5, pyyaml.)
- Binary for 64-bit Windows via cx_Freeze.
- Select any nation to modify.
- Change tech group, religion, and government.
- Choose national ideas and their bonuses.
- Load existing national ideas.
- Get a rating of the rough fairness of the choices made.
