Removed wallet address restrictions and checks.

This will allow users to use the ETNCraft application to mine other alt coins during the ASIC difficulty hike.

1) Enter a pool URL on the Settings/Utilities tab. 2) Enter any cryptonight wallet address on the Miner tab. 3) Hit Start Mining!
