This is an update for fm10k. The following changes have occurred since 0.23.5

The primary changes in this release include support for compiling the
driver against RHEL 7.5 kernels, as well as correctly enabling support
for VLANs on top of accelerated MAC/VLAN devices.

It also includes the following other minor fixes:

* Minor updates and bugfixes for the Makefile
 * Update message when unable to find kernel development headers
 * Update "make help" to explain more variables
 * Fix a typo in the "make ccc" target recipe
* Changes to string handling in ethtool statistics code
 * Reduce duplicate code for statistic definitions
 * Update macros for handling statistic strings and stats
 * Add a warning if the stat size is unknown
