This is an update for fm10k. The follow changes have occurred since 0.21.5:

* Fix minor typos in function header comments
* Enable support for Kernel min/max MTU checking when available
* Limit dma sync of RX buffers to actual packet size
* Trigger driver reset on mailbox state changes
* Support RHEL 7.3 compilation, adding support for net_device_ops_ext
* Minor cleanup of type cast on variables in fm10k_ethtool.c
* Support vlan_proto paramater for .ndo_set_vf_vlan when available
* Minor cleanup of mac-> accesses in fm10k_get_host_state_generic
* Use pci_(request|release)_mem_regions when available
