This is an update for the fm10k 0.19.x driver. The following changes have occurred since 0.19.3:

- Properly cleanup MSI-X interrupts in case of initialization failures
- Fixes to exception handling in mailbox interrupt code
- Correctly hold rtnl_lock to prevent RCU errors during AER events
- Properly free uio and mbx irqs before clearing our interrupt scheme
- Remove call to pci_disable_device during fm10k_io_error_detected
- prevent a null pointer dereference of msix_entries
- cleanup properly when init_queueing_scheme fails
- fix bug preventing VF driver from properly clearing VLAN_TABLE upon reset
