Dump/Restore ext2/3/4 filesystem backup Files

Test images for regression tests.

Each file is a tape image written by a particular version of dump.
The tape consists of multiple files of dumps.
There are up to 2*3*4*2 = 48 files on the tape.

The factors in the above come from:
2: There are dumps for 1K and 4K disk block sizes.
3: For each disk block size there are three dumps for 10K, 32K and 64K/1M tape block sizes.
4: For each tape block size there are uncompressed, zlib, bzlib and lzo compressed dumps.
2: For each dump there is a level 0 dump followed by a level 1 incremental dump.

With one exception a dump is included if it was supported. 0.4b45 was a very
poorly version and compressed dumps appear irredeemably corrupted so they are
not included in the image.

Faketape records the position of the tape head in the file, so these files
change while the tests are running.

You can return the head to the position that it is in the the original files with:
faketape-st -f <dump image> eod. The test will do this if it succeeds.

For versions 0.4b5 through 0.4b21 the images were generated on a debian potato
i386 chroot running on an debian bookworm amd64 kernel.
For versions 0.4b22 and above the images were generated on a debian bookworm
amd64 system.
