This is a Windows Mobile software that monitors SIM card, GPS position, and auto answer to SMS.
It's small (build in C++), doesn't have any dependency, and still provides all the features found in commercial applications.
It consumes no memory.

Track lost or stolen phone by GPS and CellID
Retrieve SIM contacts and owner informations
Password protected, totally silent while working
No memory used if matching the expected SIM card
Can wipe out the device remotely (and many more)
