It currently REQUIRES a 64-bit (x64) version of Windows to work.
This tool is 'Steam Inspired', Open Source and costs nothing.
Unlike Steam it DOES NOT download 90MB of 'updates' to complete itself after a ~1.50MB download.
The whole tool is currently just 474 KB once extracted.

This is just episode one (Shareware), unless you have legit DOOM and copy the IWAD into the PrBoom folder. No plasma rifle or BFG9000 in shareware either.
In future versions I will add support for other Source Ports...

Works pretty well, 43 downloads this week alone. Over 670 downloads total with 534 downloads in 2014 alone! It has a minor bug where if you download and the download stops, then you try to download again it may extract to the wrong folder, but that will be fixed shortly. It also does not work via proxy servers, thus the four star rating I am giving my own project. ;-) Oh, It may also work fine on x86-32 bit Windows installations now too, originally I designed it for x64-64 bit only Windows installations. There is support available via the Steam Forums for Doom, The Ultimate Doom, Doom II, etc forum threads too!
