	- CRITICAL BUG FIX: File access denied error on post Windows XP OS when opening options!
	- CRITICAL BUG FIX: Float conversion error locked the options file so saving options couldn't be performed!
	- MAJOR BUG FIX: Startup task was created without triggers on post Windows XP OS!
	- MAJOR BUG FIX: Opening a file with Don't Panic! didn't work!
	- MINOR BUG FIX: Realtime priority couldn't be selected on post Windows XP OS and priority change didn't happen!
	- MINOR BUG FIX: Uninstalling Don't Panic! didn't clean Start Menu shortcuts!
	- MINOR BUG FIX: Main window UI glitches when returning from a different window!
  	- MINOR BUG FIX: Taskbar icon was shown when in Panic Mode!
	- Computer restart is required in order to apply changes to option Run with elevated privileges! (Windows fault - it caches current option till restart)
	- Hotkeys have test button and overwrite even other application hotkeys
	- Installer no longer requires elevated privileges to execute
	- Donate message now show on the 10th run of TCP/IP Manager
	- Many other minor UI bug fixes
	- Help file updated to reflect changes
