Stable release of the Chainlink Driver PCB - no electrical changes, only JLCPCB assembly artifact updates.

Changes since v1.1: * Updated JLCPCB BOM entries to replace commonly out-of-stock parts * Added JLCPCB BOM/placement entries for parts that previously lacked them (ribbon cable connectors, motor connectors, sensor connectors)
