 Here, Matlab files are documentad related to the BMC Systems Biology
 publication "An ensemble of mathematical models showing diauxic 
 growth behaviour" (submitted in July, 2017)

 Two zip-files are provided

 (I) ensemble_diauxic_growth.zip

 Here, all matlab files are stored that are used for the simulation
 and cluster analysis:

 main_file_simulation.m     main file, runs all simulations

 diauxic_growth.mat         ID: A2 mat file with data from dynamic optimization
 diauxic_growth_time.mat    ID: A6 mat file with data from dynamic optimization

 mittel.m                   help file (smoothing output)
 parameter.m                all parameters
 plot_results.m             all plots

 sys_cata_2.m               ID: A5 PTS transport model 
 sys_cata_3.m               ID: A4 Non-PTS transport model
 sys_cata_bif.m             ID: R5 Bifurcation model
