Portable Weasis Version

[weasis-portable.zip] Just unzip and run it on Windows, Linux or Mac.
This distribution can be copied in DICOM CD-ROMs or removable devices as a stand-alone viewer.
The viewer loads automatically directories configured in "weasis/conf/config.properties" (weasis.portable.dicom.directory=dicom,DICOM,images,IMAGES)
