* gnumeric-common
This package contains files which every gnumeric binary will need in
order to run.

* gnumeric-locale
This package contains the locale data (message translation to different languages)

* gnumeric
This one is built without support for python, nor for bonobo.
    CFLAGS=-O2 ./configure --prefix=/opt/gnome \
	--without-python --without-bonobo --without-gb --without-gda

* gnumeric-bonobo
This one is built with supports for python and bonobo.
But Cygwin port of bonobo is unstable at present.
And it's bulid with _Xsetlocale(), as setlocale() of Cygwin doesn't work.
