CoolProp Mathcad Add-in Instructions

Versions

The CoolProp wrapper is only available for Mathcad Prime 7.0 and later.  Mathcad Prime only runs on the Windows platform.  The DLL provided here should run on all Mathcad Prime versions beyond 7.0.

Installation
***********************
The DLL located here should be downloaded and to the Mathcad Prime installation directory.  This is typically located at:

    c:\Program Files\PTC\Mathcad Prime X.0.0.0\Custom Functions

where X is the version number (7, 8, 9, 10, etc.....).  Remove or replace any older versions of the CoolPropMathcadwrapper.dll in the Custom Functions folder.

Once installed in the Custom Functions folder, restart Mathcad Prime to load the add-in wrapper DLL.

Press <Ctrl><F5> to recalculate any worksheets built using a previous version of this wrapper to update the worksheet results as they will not re-calculate when a new DLL version is installed.

Verification

Open a Mathcad worksheet and enter:

       get_global_param_string("version") = 

This will return the current CoolProp version loaded and verify that the CoolProp add-in is running.
