The scope of the project is to establish a new architecture personal home pages are managed in the internet, thus the way the users would navigate them.
The idea come from the new technology trends from internet.
The key idea are compact, concrete, easy manage and loosely coupled structure (peer to peer).

I will sketch out the technical detail in the wiki. And began to prototype it in my personal webpage.
