Clocky is a light-weight alarm clock written in .NET 2.0. It's display is an animated retro wind-up alarm clock complete with an unlimited number of alarms, user selectable alarm audio and even a second hand :)

A caution: the 10/11/12 hours are not selectable by clicking - they only work if you manually TYPE THEM IN! ( and then they aren't visible unless you scroll within the field.) Once you get over that little hurdle - the little app works like CLOCKWORK
