This is mostly a bugfix release.

Add CSV columns for sorttitle artist composer collection key year.
Raise requirement for Text::Layout to 0.019.
Use only 'name' for chords in the built-in config. 'description' cannot be overridden by the user with 'name'.
Fix page numbers in CSV.
Several fixes for font descriptions and sizes.
