- Restructure chord definitions. Default is now an orthogonal set
  of basic chords. Additional legacy weirdo's are available in
  "guitar-legacy.json".
- Allow chord definitions with multiple names. See the docs.
- Add chord types add2 and add4.
- Fix erroneous transposing of transcoded chords.
- Fix erroneous recall of chorus from previous song.
- Fix missing fret positions in {chord}.
