Background

GLPK is the GNU Linear Programming Kit, a C library for solving large-scale linear programming (LP), mixed integer programming (MIP), and other related problems.

These are unofficial Windows 64bit binaries of the Cython GLPK wrapper developed by Erik Quaeghebeur (available from https://equaeghe.github.io/ecyglpki) that have been built on Windows using the Anaconda Python 64bit distribution (https://www.continuum.io/) that includes Python 2.7.11 and MinGW GCC 4.7.0. The GLPK DLL was repackaged from the WINGLPK (http://winglpk.sourceforge.net/) project.
