unzip camba-3.0.0.20110116-linux.zip
cd camba-3.0.0
./camba

WHICH VERSIONS TO USE
There are two versions of CamBA here: 
  (1) camba-3.0.0.20110116-linux.zip: For All computers. 
      Starts with this if you are unsure which version to use
  (2) camba-3.0.0.20110116-linux-wbic.zip: For older computers.
      Use this if you have problems when running CamBA analysis pipelines

You can convert (1) to (2) by downloading 
camba-3.0.0.20110116-linux-wbic-patch.zip and unzip it in parent
directory of camba-3.0.0.

Users of older computers, or computers with high I/O latency, and WBIC
users please note that
(1) If the CGLM/CANOVA's results output menu systems don't work for you,
i.e., you cannot navigate to second level menu, the workaround
is to click on the top level menu item, where you will be presented
with the Table Of Content which is equivalent to content of that
menu.
(2) Sometimes, the Table Of Content mentioned above cannot load
and you get 'Page Not Found' or 'Cannot find XXX' or 'No Table Of Content'. 
This is normally the result of high I/O latency (slow retrieval of
the table of  content file). Click Refresh until you get the ToC
or wait until your disk i/o is back to normal
