BioModels Database   (supporting tools)

BioModels Database is a repository of peer-reviewed, published, 
computational models. These mathematical models are primarily from 
the field of systems biology, but more generally are those of 
biological interest. This resource allows biologists to store, 
search and retrieve published mathematical models.


The files provided here are supporting tools for the resource:

biomodels-wslib:
  Java library to easily access the Web Services provided by 
  BioModels Database.
  Please, always use the latest available one.
biomodels-scripts:
  Snapshot of necessary scripts used by BioModels Database.
  This is only useful if you wish to deploy your own models 
  management platform using BioModels Database's source code.
sbml-converters:
  Snapshot of the SBML converters used by BioModels Database.
  This is only useful if you wish to deploy your own models 
  management platform using BioModels Database's source code.
