- added: beam uniformity calculations (proposed by K. Reichmuth)
- added: the positions of windows are now restored after closing the plugin
- fixed: occasional slowdown issues
- changed: results of xCOM, yCOM, xCOM2, yCOM2 are now given with sub-pixel resolution
- changed: moved from JDK 6 to JDK 8



Installation:

Java 1.8 or higher is required to run Open Beam Profiler


- Extract the OpenBeamProfiler.zip archive into the plugins directory of your ImageJ,
  e.g. to ImageJ/plugins/OpenBeamProfiler/
- Put Apache Commons Math library (3.2 or newer) commons-math3-xxx.jar
  into the plugins directory of your ImageJ installation.
- (optional) copy the provided LUTs ("luts" directory) into the ImageJ/luts directory
