Installation:
- Copy Beam_Profiler.jar to the plugins directory of your ImageJ,
e.g. to ImageJ/plugins/OpenBeamProfiler/
- Put Apache Commons Math library (3.2 or newer) commons-math3-xxx.jar
into the plugins directory of your ImageJ installation.
- (optional) copy provided LUTs ("luts" directory) into ImageJ/luts directory
