- Added support for .mp3 output (LAME), for users who depend on certain (older)
  hardware players that don't support any of the more recent formats.

- Changed the default quality for Ogg Vorbis (oggenc) to 5 in order to keep the
  overall encoding quality for lossy encoders at a level that is considered to
  be at least somewhat transparent by most people (without extraordinary audio
  hardware as well as excellent hearing). bcdrip tries to use reasonably decent
  default settings on one hand, but not too extreme on the other.

- added a progress info line to the output during encoding, pointing out the
  remaining number of files to be encoded.
