  What is it?
  -----------

  Base Apps is a suite of modules to facilitate application development.  The
  current release includes a resource configuration utility, a Factory API, and
  XML-related parsers.  Future releases will enable users to annotate their
  POJOs to generate fully-functional desktop, web, and mobile applications.
