Enhancements * Added android.jar for API 30. * Resources helper now supports API 30.

Breaking Changes * Deleted all R.java and Res.java to reduce library size. If you want to access internal/hidden resources, pass raw String into InternalAccessor.get...(String) instead. * Moved all android.jar to Google Drive, to reduce repository size. Also, people can select which custom android.jar to be downloaded easier.
