This release incorporates Jonno Downes' newer ip65 stack - and in so doing, I've enabled DHCP (auto) configuration for the Ethernet client.  There's also a couple of bug fixes that all users might be interested in - one is a long-standing one where duplicate volume names would report erroneous block sizes in the volume display.

Thanks to Antone Vignau for the suggestion to beep on file read/write errors, and the impetus to fix the duplicate volume label problem.

 New functionality:

 * [Client] Enabled DHCP auto-configuration from Jonno Downes' latest ip65 code.
   Note - Saved configuration files for Ethernet won't be compatible; so delete
   or re-save them with this release

 * [Client] Beep at the completion of a disk transfer that had read or write
   errors

 Bug fixes:

 * [Client] Duplicate volume names caused incorrect/repeated volume size display

 * [Client] Attempting to format a write-protected 5-1/4" floppy was hanging
