http://0install.net/0compile-dev.html describes the compile:command attribute, which IIUC is more than deprecated: it doesn't seem to be documented in the feed syntax document. All of that should be replaced with the more modern usage.

I think maybe I misunderstood, and the real problem is that there's no reference documentation for the compile: namespace
