fix bug that crash xsim when iniput '

sorry for waiting such a long time
but here is lots of change

can input more symbles
input editable
user can delete words in db by press ctrl-1~9,hot keys can defined by user
replaced gbkpy.mb with gbkpy.freepy

with 0.3.8.3 xsim can run FreeBSD again.
and with some minor bug fixes.
sorry wait such a long time to release 0.3.8.3.

ok, u wait so much time, and now u got it
now u can input chinese using wubi too
if u using kde3, u will got a system tray
instand the small windows of status.
and too much change, i cant tell one by one,
just try it, hope u like it.

and sorry for FreeBSD user, for some unknown reason,
0.3.8 cant run on FreeBSD, i'll fix it soon.
only i need is TIME :P
