#68 Page Flipping using touch and other goodies

Hi, this is another patch that I use to make reading books with xournal more comfortable. it consists of:
- remember last page seen (other patch on the tracker)
- flip pages using finger taps on the corner of the screen (configured to use top third of the screen and right/left 1/4th of the screen). you can enable/disable this with a menu option
- disabled inking with finger input, as it was a useless feature for me (you can't enable this again)
